Strong expectorant, suitable for chest infections. Golden rod – used in cases of sore throats, chronic and nasal congestion. Linden Flower – used to relieve tension and sinus headaches. The flowers are used to relieve colds and flu by reducing nasal congestion and soothing fever. Holy basil – This adaptogen is also used in cases of respiratory infections especially colds, coughs, bronchitis and pleurisy(inflammation of the pleura, the tissues lining your lungs and chest wall). Licorice – has a wide range of applications for bronchial problems including catarrh(excessive mucus build up), bronchitis, and cough. Agrimony- traditionally used as a spring tonic to relieve laryngitis and sore throat.
